How comment-to-DM works where TikTok allows it
The TikTok Business Messaging API can only send a message inside a conversation the person opened. So in Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia, ChattyFlow answers a keyword comment with a public reply inviting the commenter to message you, remembers them, and delivers your DM automatically as soon as they write.
Everywhere else, no official tool can send a DM because of a comment. The allowed route: a public reply that asks people to send a word by DM, and a DM → DM automation that answers with the price, link or offer.
How fast TikTok replies go out
TikTok comments are picked up by regular checks, and ChattyFlow then waits a short, human-like pause before posting a public reply, so your account never answers machine-fast. A reply lands within a few minutes, and each comment gets one public reply at most. On Instagram, where Meta notifies ChattyFlow the moment a comment arrives, replies go out in seconds.
Keywords that match how people comment
Matching works on the exact words you list, not on meaning, so put every form your audience types in the keyword field, separated by commas (the Arabic comma works too): price, prix, سعر, السعر, بكم, بكام, شكد, قديش, بقداش, بشحال. Case doesn't matter; spelling does. You can also reply to every comment, with no keyword.

What you need before you start
- A TikTok Business account: switching is free in the TikTok app, and a personal account is not enough.
- An account country where the features you want are available (see the table).

Is TikTok automation allowed?
Yes, through TikTok's official API for Business. For DMs that means the TikTok Business Messaging API, which TikTok does not offer in the US, the EEA, Switzerland or the UK. Tools that scrape TikTok instead break its terms.
