What the Instagram automation does

Meta's rules it works within

• One private reply per comment, within 7 days of the comment.
• Once the person replies, a 24-hour window opens from their last message.
• After 24 hours, only a human agent can reply, for up to 7 days, with the HUMAN_AGENT tag.
• No messages to people who haven't commented or written to you, and no bulk DMs.

Keywords in your audience's dialect

Instagram matching works on whole words and ignores letter case, but it does not merge spellings: سعر does not catch السعر, and أبغى does not catch ابغى. List every form in the keyword field, separated by commas (the Arabic comma works too). In the Gulf that often means بكم, سعره, السعر, أبغى, ابغى, ابي; in Kuwait add بچم; in Tunisia بقداش, قداش, السوم and b9adech.

Is an Instagram automation officially allowed?

Yes. ChattyFlow uses Meta's official Instagram Graph API. Replies leave from your own account within Meta's limits: one private reply per comment within 7 days, then a 24-hour window once the person replies.
