How comment-to-DM works

Someone comments your keyword under a post or Reel, for example بكم or رابط. Meta notifies ChattyFlow the moment the comment arrives, and ChattyFlow sends that person a private reply from your account within seconds: the answer, a button that opens your link, or the first question of a conditional flow. It can also reply publicly under the comment, rotating between variants you write, so others see the answer went to DMs.

The person doesn't need to follow you or to have messaged you before: the comment itself is what allows the private reply. That permission has clear limits.

Meta's rules, in plain words

• One private reply per comment. If you, or another tool, sends it first, it is used up.
• Within 7 days: after that, a comment can no longer get a private reply.
• 24-hour window: once the person replies, you can keep the conversation going for 24 hours from their last message.
• After 24 hours, only a human agent can reply, for up to 7 days, with Meta's HUMAN_AGENT tag.
• No bulk DMs: nobody who hasn't commented or written to you can be messaged.

Keywords in every dialect

Instagram matching works on whole words and ignores upper and lower case, but it treats every spelling as different: سعر does not catch السعر, and بكم does not catch بكام. List every form your audience types, separated by commas (the Arabic comma works too), without diacritics:

Before you publish: a short checklist

• Say the keyword in the video and in the first line of the caption.
• Write a first DM that works alone: the answer, a link button, or one question.
• Prepare three or four public reply variants so the same text doesn't repeat.
• Turn on link tracking if the link is the goal: clicks are counted per person.
• Test from a second account, and run only one tool on the post.
• Collecting comments for a later launch (a Drop, on Growth plans)? Release within 7 days of the first comments.

And TikTok?

TikTok opens comment-to-DM only to accounts in Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia; there, ChattyFlow replies publicly, invites the person to message you and sends your DM when they write. In Arab countries, TikTok public replies and DM auto-replies work, but a comment cannot trigger a DM. In the US, the EEA, Switzerland and the UK, TikTok offers no DM automation at all. TikTok replies land within a few minutes.
