Instagram DMs and delivery in Tunisia with Aramex, First Delivery, Jax Delivery or Navett

ChattyFlow team · Updated

ChattyFlow doesn't connect to any carrier or create shipping labels. On Instagram and TikTok it sends a message you wrote in the DM: your delivery terms, or a request for name, phone, governorate and address. You confirm the order by phone, then handle shipping and payment with your own tools.

Instagram or TikTok: what works for a seller in Tunisia

The two platforms don't allow the same things. The key points: in Tunisia a TikTok comment can't open a DM, and neither platform fills in an order form for you. ChattyFlow sends a message you wrote, and you confirm by phone.

Estimate fees before you quote a price

The estimator on this page works out the shipping fee, the cash-on-delivery commission and your net payout per parcel for Aramex Tunisia, First Delivery, Jax Delivery and Navett. It uses the tariffs these carriers published in mid-2026; volume-negotiated rates are often lower, so always confirm with your carrier.

Once your fees are set, write them into your automation's message and your knowledge base: that's what ChattyFlow will tell buyers.

What automation saves you

Delivery questions settled in the DM

Fees, zones, lead times, cash on delivery: on Instagram, a keyword comment (e.g. "DELIVERY") triggers a DM with your terms, exactly as you wrote them.

The details request, sent for you

When the buyer DMs your keyword, ChattyFlow sends a message you wrote asking for name, phone, governorate and address. You then confirm by phone.

Simple sales tracking

On TikTok, people who triggered your automations appear on the Leads page, where you mark each one Sold, Returned or Cancelled.

How it works, step by step

  1. Write your delivery terms once (zones, fees, lead times, cash on delivery), plus the message that asks for name, phone, governorate and address.
  2. On Instagram, create a comment-to-DM automation with a keyword (e.g. "ORDER") that sends that message. Meta allows one private reply per comment, within 7 days.
  3. On TikTok, choose Comment to Trigger: your public reply invites the buyer to DM you, and their first message gets yours. A DM keyword automation does the same when the buyer writes to you directly.
  4. The buyer replies with their details. You confirm the order by phone, then book the shipment with your carrier.
  5. On TikTok, mark the lead Sold, Returned or Cancelled on the Leads page. On a Growth plan, the AI Lead Engine also answers questions in the DM from your knowledge base.

What ChattyFlow doesn't do

  • Connect to a carrier: no labels, no tracking numbers, no automatic delivery-status updates.
  • Pass the order to your carrier: you create the shipment.
  • Fill in an order form: ChattyFlow sends one message you wrote, and the buyer's answers stay in the conversation.
  • Check an address or phone number: that's what your confirmation call is for.
  • Collect money: payment happens between you, your carrier and your customer.

FAQ

Does ChattyFlow create shipments with Aramex, First Delivery, Jax or Navett?

No. ChattyFlow doesn't connect to any carrier. It sends your terms and your details request in the DM; you confirm by phone, then create the shipment with your carrier as usual.

Can the tracking number be sent to the buyer automatically?

No. ChattyFlow doesn't receive carrier updates. You can send the number yourself by replying to the buyer. On Instagram, keep Meta's window in mind: 24 hours after the buyer's last message, then only a person can reply, for up to 7 days, with the HUMAN_AGENT tag.

How do I estimate delivery fees?

With the estimator on this page: pick the carrier, the governorate, the weight and the amount collected on delivery, and include the return if needed. It uses the carriers' public tariffs (mid-2026); volume-negotiated rates are often lower.

Is the address checked?

No. ChattyFlow sends your details request but doesn't verify the address or the phone number. A confirmation call before shipping is still essential, especially for cash on delivery.

Can I send orders to my own tool?

ChattyFlow doesn't manage orders. On a paid plan, you can send a chosen Lead Engine lead to your own webhook, Slack, Microsoft Teams or email.

What about my buyers' personal data?

Name, phone number and address are personal data. In Tunisia, Organic Law 2004-63 requires a prior declaration to the INPDP and, with some exceptions, the person's express and written consent. Our compliance guide summarises the key articles.
