On Instagram, a keyword comment (e.g. "PRICE") triggers a DM with your payment methods, fees and lead times, exactly as you wrote them.
The details request for cash on delivery
When the buyer DMs your keyword, ChattyFlow sends a message you wrote asking for name, phone, governorate and address. You then confirm by phone.
Answers that stick to your rules
On a Growth plan, the AI Lead Engine answers payment questions from your knowledge base. A question it can't cover is logged for you instead of guessed at.
Setting up payment answers
- Write your terms once: accepted payment methods, any deposit, delivery fees, lead times.
- On Instagram, create a comment-to-DM automation with a keyword like "PRICE" or "PAYMENT" that sends those terms. Meta allows one private reply per comment, within 7 days.
- On TikTok, use Comment to Trigger or a DM keyword automation to send your details request. In Tunisia a TikTok comment can't open a DM, so the buyer writes to you first, invited by your public reply.
- On a Growth plan, add your terms to the knowledge base so the AI Lead Engine can answer unexpected questions.
- Confirm the order by phone and the payment with your own tools, then mark the lead Sold, Returned or Cancelled on the Leads page (TikTok).
What ChattyFlow doesn't do
- Create payment links, collect money or pay it out.
- Check that a customer paid: no bank, payment gateway or mobile wallet is connected.
- Collect or check proof of payment.
- Fill in an order form: ChattyFlow sends a message you wrote, and the answers stay in the conversation.

Can ChattyFlow collect my customers' payments?
No. ChattyFlow doesn't receive money, create payment links or check payments. It sends your terms and your details request in the DM; payment happens between you and your customer.
Is ChattyFlow connected to ClicToPay, D17 or e-Dinar?
No. ChattyFlow isn't connected to any bank, payment gateway or mobile wallet, and it doesn't collect proof of payment. You can write your payment instructions into the DM text; checking the payment stays with you.
How do I handle cash on delivery?
Your automation (comment-to-DM on Instagram, Comment to Trigger or a DM keyword on TikTok) sends a message asking for name, phone, governorate and address. You confirm by phone, ship with your carrier, the buyer pays on delivery, and you mark the lead Sold, Returned or Cancelled on the Leads page.
What if a customer asks something I didn't plan for?
On a Growth plan, the AI Lead Engine answers in the DM from your knowledge base; if the answer isn't there, the question is logged for you instead of made up, and the conversation can pass to a person. Without a Growth plan, you reply yourself.
